Get a basic introduction to RSpace, NTNU's new Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
About:
RSpace is NTNU's new Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and is intended to replace the paper notebooks traditionally used in laboratory research environments. Switching to RSpace will save you time, facilitate collaboration, protect against data loss and support good research management practices.
This 90-minute introductory course, delivered by RSpace, will cover the following basic user training:
Target group:
The course is intended for new users of RSpace. It is not expected that users log on to their own RSpace account during the course, although this may be helpful. All users of RSpace must belong to a “LabGroup”—see NTNU’s RSpace wikipage for guidance.
Workshops are also being organised to help users get started with RSpace. These will be more hands-on and interactive, and take participants through a series of guided exercises.
Location:
The course will be held digitally (in English) in the the Virtual Library. Direct link to the course room in Zoom. Registration is encouraged but it is not mandatory. Everyone is welcome!
