This hands-on workshop introduces participants to RSpace, NTNU’s new Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), through practical exercises and guided demonstrations.
About:
RSpace is NTNU's new Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) System and is intended to replace the paper notebooks traditionally used in laboratory research environments. Switching to RSpace will save you time, facilitate collaboration, protect against data loss, and support good research management practices.
In this hands-on workshop, NTNU's RSpace superusers will guide participants through the core features of RSpace and demonstrate more advanced use cases.

The workshop is suitable for both new and more experienced RSpace users who want practical, hands-on experience. Participants are expected to log on to and work direclty in their own RSpace account. All users of RSpace must belong to a "LabGroup". See NTNU's RSpace wikipage for more information.
Participants may find it helpful (although it is not strictly necessary) to attend first the course "Introduction to RSpace".

The workshops will be held in person to encourage interaction between the participants and instructors. Registration is mandatory. A hybrid option can be arranged for those outside Trondheim or if you are otherwise unable to attend physically. Please contact us via NTNUHjelp if needed.
